We are a Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Value-Added Reseller (VAR) dedicated to supplying excellent products and services. We specialize in small and medium business (SMB) development and engage with our clients in collaborative initiatives that help businesses run efficiently and effectively.
Our in-house technicians install and service everything from consumer electronics to enterprise servers and endpoint systems. We make business work.
Our entrepreneurial founder Frank Arndt started myITsource as Frank’s Computers in 1998 with a shoestring and some gumption after a career that saw him travel from Germany to Shilo, MB and ultimately landed him in Brandon. A skilled technician, Frank’s knowledge and skills fit well within the constantly evolving IT space that has seen the rise of data usage skyrocket from the kilobyte to the terabyte. Through all this change Frank and our team have been at the forefront, helping clients navigate the troubled waters of IT with the help of our highly skilled and proficient staff.
Our technicians are all qualified with educational training from Assiniboine Community College and have furthered their education and certification through CompTIA A+, Network +, Server +, Intel, Lenovo and Microsoft Classification, numerous printer certifications and industry-specific knowledge exchange events. We stay on top of emerging trends within the IT industry so that we can recommend our clients of the challenges and opportunities affecting their business.
myITsource is partnered with BellMTS with our sister stores Corral Communications found in the Corral Centre and on Victoria Ave in Brandon, Virden, Neepawa and Russell supplying excellence in network provision and installation as well as cellular connectivity.

The Brandon Chamber of Commerce awarded us with the “Large Business of the Year” Awards and our President is a finalist for the “Businessperson of the Year.”

Our core offerings are Lenovo products (endpoints and servers), Microsoft Cloud Services (Office 365, Azure and affiliates), and Datto for data security, continuity and disaster recovery solutions. We are a Lenovo authorized partner, warranty repair depot, parts supplier, and the largest provider of Lenovo branded products and services outside of Winnipeg in the Province of Manitoba.
We also service all major brands available in North America.
myITsource most recent offering, Full Managed Services (FMS) is a natural progression in our effort to supply efficient and effective IT support to our SMB clients. By using the strengths of our national partnership with Millennium Micro, we source excellent rates on the mission critical software suites that modern businesses need. We administer that software and hardware locally, doing so in consultation with our clients to supply custom-tailored IT solutions that work for them. Our offerings include productivity suites from Microsoft and Google as well as a copious number of other security and business continuity support from our partners including, Webroot, and Datto amongst many others.
As a VAR we deliver high quality products to our clients at Industry leading prices. We are kind of like an iceberg, what you can see on our sales floor at 1535 Pacific Avenue in downtown Brandon is 1% of the product that we can bring in for you. Our offerings stretch from high end networking to 5 port switches and everything in between.
